The Women In Soccer 2017 event was a huge success as prominent coaches, CEOs and administrators created a dynamic discussion on Women In Soccer and what needs to change to bring more women to the table in the game.
This well attended women’s soccer symposium was sponsored in part by and held the day before the 2017 NSCAA Convention.
Women In Soccer News: Lesle Gallimore, University of Washington women’s head coach, discussed the road ahead for women in the game and the need to hold each other accountable during the process.

“The Women In Soccer event in 2015 was a big success. It was a great collaboration of people vested in the women’s game and the insights shared were valuable. I’m looking forward to the 2017 version as there were ‘goals for the year’ shared at the last event and it will be interesting to see how people feel we’ve advanced and where we still need to be doing work. I’m looking forward to hearing from some of the best in the business,” said Gallimore.
