NSCAA Announce Regional & National Coaches of the Year
The NSCAA has announced the Regional and National Coach of the Year award recipients ahead of the annual coaching convention that will be held the second week of January. The 2016 NSCAA NAIA Regional Coaches of the Year winners will be honored on January 12th, while the national coaches of the year will be recognized the following day. .
Soccer News: The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) announced the 2016 Regional and National Coaches of the Year for men’s and women’s soccer at the NAIA and NCCAA levels.
- NAIA Men’s National Coach of the Year: Aaron Champenoy, Hastings College
- NAIA Women’s National Coach of the Year: Stuart Gore, University of Northwestern Ohio
- NCCAA DI Men’s National Coach of the Year: James Cottage, Southwestern Christian University
- NCCAA DI Women’s National Coach of the Year: Tammy McPherson, Colorado Christian University
- NCCAA DII Men’s National Coach of the Year: Jesse McCormick, Bob Jones University
- NCCAA DII Women’s National Coach of the Year: Chris Carmichael, Bob Jones University
These six coaches will be acknowledged for their achievements at the NSCAA Awards Banquet on January 13th, 2017, at the JW Marriott Los Angeles during the 2017 NSCAA Convention.
The 2016 NSCAA NAIA Regional Coaches of the Year will be honored at the College Coaches Awards Reception presented by Surf Cup Sports on January 12, 2017 at the JW Marriott Los Angeles.
