US Youth Soccer ODP Boys Thanksgiving Interregional
US Youth Soccer ODP’s Boys Thanksgiving Interregional is set to take place in the coming weeks as promising youth talent head to Arizona to showcase their skills in from of college recruits and U.S. Soccer scouts.
More than 140 players selected from US Youth Soccer State Association and Regional level evaluations will participate in training sessions and compete in matches against each of the other regional teams.
Youth Soccer News: US Youth Soccer has announced the dates for its annual US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Boys Thanksgiving Interregional, set to be held November 24-28 at Grande Sports World in Casa Grande, Arizona. Participating squads will be comprised of elite players in the 2002 and 2003 age groups, from each of the four US Youth Soccer Regions.
The event will consist of more than 140 of the nation’s top players selected from US Youth Soccer State Association and Regional level evaluations. In each age group, players will attend scheduled training sessions as well as compete in games against each of the other regional teams.
The US Youth Soccer ODP Boys Thanksgiving Interregional attracts various college recruits, as well as U.S. Soccer scouts. The talent present at the event allows for coaches and scouts to evaluate players in an environment similar to what they will face at the next level.
With programs in all 55 US Youth Soccer State Associations, the ODP is available to players across the country.
US Youth Soccer ODP has been a strong development force in youth soccer and claims players of the Major League Soccer and the National Women’s Soccer League, as well as the majority of current and past national and youth national team members, as alumni.
