USYF Futsal Festival – National Futsal I.D. Event
The top youth futsal players in America come together for the US Youth Futsal Festival. The nation’s five Regional teams are competing in a four-day event that included training, games and the selection of US Youth Futsal National Teams.
The festival is led by US Youth Futsal Technical Director Keith Tozer with the help of the regional directors and US Youth Futsal coaching staff.
The first two days of the festival include training sessions, the final two days include a four-game round robin tournament.
In San Diego, Sean Bowers of 619 Futsal worked with Tozer to identify the top players in the southern California area and select a team to compete in Kansas City.
Players were evaluated throughout the event, with top players chosen for US Youth Futsal National Teams.
Player Eligibility – Players were identified by regional coaching staff at FUTSAL I.D. camps and the top players were selected for the Regional teams. All players were from birth years 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003
