Cal South Coaching Association Brings State of the Art, Online 3-D Training Capabilities to Members
As a member of one of the largest and highly recognized state associations, Cal South teams not only receive support financially when achieving championship tournaments, but coaches also receive access to state of the art online training.
The Cal South Board of Directors believes strongly in supporting their members accomplishments and goals and has once again stepped up to help their members reach for the stars.
Soccer News: The Cal South Coaches Association announced the renewal of their partnership with SportsSessionPlanner.com, a top coaching resource website which specializes in providing helpful software tools to allow soccer coaches to design and plan their own skill and training sessions online.
All coaches who join the Cal South Coaches Association will gain immediate access to SportSessionPlanner.com to make use of the website’s extensive library of practice sessions or to create new ones of their own. Sessions on the site are presented via three-dimensional views of fields and layouts, along with complete text outlines of each designed play or drill.

Once coaches have created a login to the SportSessionPlanner.com system, they will be able to create their first session in mere minutes. The 3-D sessions show the pitch view, angle and zoom to instruct players most effectively, and can use the system’s customizable team kits, pitch lines, and textures to give their session as much depth and detail as they wish.
Coaches can build entire sessions from a library of drill sessions — some created by pro club, amateur club or individual coaches from all over the world — and use or customize them as needed. Created sessions can be shared within the user’s Club library, Public library, exported to a website, emailed, shared with friends, and even printed or projected for 3-D interactive demonstrations.

Coaches who have yet to join the Cal South Coaches Association, but are interested in gaining access to the SportSessionPlanner.com system, should be aware that a membership to the Coaches Association only costs $55 a coach, and also gains them a year’s membership into the National Soccer Coaches Association of America at the same time (itself an $85 value).
