SoccerToday Soccer Locker Review: In December, Nike released the Shine Through Collection; predominantly white boots with bold accent colors. Now, those bold accent colors take over the entire upper of the boots in the Nike Highlight Pack.
The Nike Highlight Pack will be seen on the feet of pro players whose teams have advanced to the Champions League quarterfinals. The boots are designed to stand out, much like the elite players who wear them. In addition to the bright uppers, the boots feature a high-contrast Swoosh.
Basic black boots were the norm until the 1970s, when white boots first began appearing on the pitch. Just as that first splash of color turned heads back then, Nike’s Shine Through Collection stands out today.
The Nike Highlight Pack will be available on nike.com beginning Feb. 5.
