Soccer News: The Milan Junior Camp (MJC) program is the official soccer camp of AC Milan. MJC welcomes players from all different cultures, uniting them for the same purpose – to become a better soccer player. MJC strives to develop each and every player’s skills technically and tactically and to increase the understanding of each player’s role on the soccer field.
In keeping with AC Milan training philosophies developed over decades in their youth academy, MJC’s training program focuses on motor, cognitive, personal and social skills.
AC Milan Junior Camps are also the only venue available for players to be identified to compete on one of the MJC International Tournament teams or to attend the annual Milan Junior Camp day in Milan, Italy.
The MJC program seeks to identify highly qualified talents from an early age, and follow them during their development. Talented players have the opportunity to play and earn a spot on the Elite Tournament team, experience no pay to play opportunities and/or, based on age and skill, attend college and professional showcase opportunities.

The camp curriculum has been specially designed for each age group by AC Milan’s licensed coaches. Recreational and competitive players will train and compete with correspondent levels. Typically mornings are for technical and tactical skills, and afternoons for small-sided games.
