FC Barcelona Look to Bounce Back as Napoli Visits Inter Milan in Serie A
FC Barcelona look to bounce back against Valencia following losses in its last two La Liga matches and exit from the Champions League this week. In Serie A, Inter Milan aims to continue its winning streak at home versus Napoli as Caen visits Paris Saint-Germain who have already sealed the Ligue 1 title.
Soccer News: Headlining a heated action-packed week for LaLiga, defending champions, FC Barcelona, host Valencia at the Camp Nou Stadium with hopes of regaining their winning form following two losses during recent matchups against Real Sociedad and rivals, Real Madrid. Meanwhile, Los Blancos will visit Getafe at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez while second place, Atlético de Madrid, sitting just three points below the league leaders, host Granada at the Vicente Calderón Stadium.
Serie A league leaders Juventus, with 64 points out of the possible 66 in the last 22 games, host Palermo at Juventus Stadium. The last Palermo victory in Serie A was in January giving them the longest winless run in the league. Meanwhile second place Napoli face Inter Milan at the San Siro Stadium, home of the Nerazzurri where they have only lost once in the last 12 games against Napoli.
Ligue 1 action continues as Caen visits the already-crowned champions, Paris Saint-Germain, at the Parc des Princes in Paris.
In North America, beIN SPORTS’ NASL “Match of the Week” will be played between the Jacksonville Armada and Miami F.C. at Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville in week three of the spring season in an all-Florida affair. Jacksonville gets ready for its home opener after a 2-0 loss on the road; however, there were promising signs for the club’s new coach, Tony Meola, in his first game in charge. Meanwhile, Miami has gotten off to a quick start, but coach Alessandro Nesta hasn’t been able to secure a win tying both first matches.
