2015 US Youth Soccer Idaho State Cup Championships
Youth Soccer News: From a glorious start to delays due to lightning, the Idaho State Cup competition has been concluded and the champions crowned. With endless hours of training, team building and practice — the championship teams emerged victorious after a long and tough competition.
One club claimed more victories than any other; the Boise Nationals Soccer Club succeeded in earning seven boys boys championships in last weekend’s youth soccer action, bringing home the U-2, U13, U-4, U15, U16 and U17 brackets. In fact, the only age group not claimed by Idaho’s oldest youth soccer club was the U18. Idaho Falls’ Ballistic SC shutout the Boise Nationals SC 2-0.
How will these do as the youth soccer competition continues at Far West Regional? Idaho State hopes to go the distance with these teams as they look to capture the 2015 US Youth Soccer National Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Mohawk Soccer Complex this July.

FYI – What starts with 185,000 players on 10,000 teams across the USA’s 55 State Associations concludes with just 14 championship teams when US Youth Soccer crowns national champions in each of its seven age divisions (Boys and Girls Under 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19).
After a year long series of competitions at the state and regional levels, the US Youth Soccer National Championships is the crown jewel of competition. The nation’s top 88 youth soccer teams, (the winners of the 4 region’s competitions in the Under-13 through Under-19 Boys and Girls brackets,) compete for the right to be national champions.
