2015 Women’s World Cup: Congratulations To The Third Team To Be Crowned The World’s Best
This was a wonderful win for the USA team in what was a thrilling World Cup Final and I offer my sincere congratulations to everyone involved.
The referee crew delivered a performance worthy of such an important game, Kateryna Monzul and your team of officials; you deserve to take a bow.
Her performance truly befitted the World Cup Final – it was simply brilliant. The performance was underpinned by a superb level of fitness ensuring that her proximity to play and excellent viewing angles produced a high level of accuracy in her decision-making.
I hope that young people in the USA might just be stimulated to either start to kick a ball or take up the whistle.
