Keith Tozer’s World Of Futsal Talks To Top Leaders Of The Game
At the center of the World of Futsal in America is — literally — Keith Tozer. The longtime Head Coach of the U.S. National Futsal Team, Tozer is the most renowned futsal coach in America. Now he wants to take his vast knowledge and contacts and share them with the ever-growing number of soccer fans by hosting a hip, new podcast.
The World of Futsal podcast features guests from around the world, connecting all those who are involved in the game and celebrating the fact that in the last decade, the game of Futsal has experienced a huge growth.
As the All-Time Winningest Coach in Professional Indoor Soccer in North America, Tozer credits the game of futsal for his six indoor championships.
Tozer believes futsal is the secret weapon for player development.
The World Premiere launches today, Friday, August 24 with the “pre-game show” with guest host Mark Litton long time GK Coach for the USFMNT. The premier show will highlight the reason behind the podcast, format, and what to look forward to in the upcoming shows.
The World Of Futsal’s podcast first three guests are Jon Parry, Executive Director of U.S. Youth Futsal and Academy Director of MLS’ Sporting KC, Kyt Selaidopoulos, Head Coach of the Canadian Futsal Men’s National Team and Diego Guitozzi former Head Coach of the 2016 FIFA World Cup Champions Argentina and recently named Head Coach of ElPozo Murcia Futbol Sala in the Spanish 1st Division of LNFS.
“I am extremely excited about the launching of the World Of Futsal podcast as it will be very exciting for all the listeners to hear from those heavily involved in every aspect of the game of futsal,” said Tozer who has been working on developing the podcasts for a few months.
On top of the podcasting trend, Tozer’s World of Futsal relaxed and conversational approach is fun to listen to — and, has guest often revealing previously unknown hidden truths about the game and their careers.
According to Forbes, “In case you weren’t aware, podcasts are seeing an enormous surge in popularity. At least 112 million Americans have listened to podcasts, a figure up 11 percent from last year, with 67 million listening to podcasts at least monthly.”
Tozer guided the U.S. Futsal Men’s National Team for 20 years, is the Commissioner of the PFL, Technical Director of U.S. Youth Futsal and a renowned FIFA Futsal Instructor.
Tozer, who is also President of Wisconsin Sports Group, along with Allison Phillips President of Edge Marketing & Media produce the “World Of Futsal” podcast.
