NWSL Release Championship Week Schedule
The NWSL has released the official schedule as the Washington Spirit and WNY Flash travel to Houston to compete in the 2016 NWSL Championship. The two teams will have a chance to break in the field and answer questions for the media heading into their Sunday matchup at BBVA Compass Stadium.

NWSL Soccer News: The official schedule for the 2016 National Women’s Soccer League Championship has been released ahead of the final matchup between the Washington Spirit and Western New York Flash. The Spirit take on the Flash in the championship match at BBVA Compass Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 5 p.m. ET live on FOX Sports 1.
Training session times are listed below, with media availability for interviews taking place field-side either prior to or following training sessions. Photo opportunities will be available during the first 15 minutes of the session, following which media will be escorted to a work area to further interview players and coaches.
Training sessions will vary in length, so be sure to arrive as close to the start of training as possible. Upon arrival, media members should check with the team’s public relations representative for further instructions.
