Cosmos Greet More Than 350 Kids to Free Back-To-School Soccer Clinics
Soccer News: More than 350 kids joined the New York Cosmos during four free Back-To-School soccer clinics held in August.
Back-To-School clinics took place in Manhattan, Nassau County, Suffolk County and Westchester County.
“The New York Cosmos Back-To-School clinics are a great opportunity for the club to connect with the local community around the Tri-State Area,’’ said John Fitzgerald, Director of Training and Development Program For the New York Cosmos. “This was our second straight year hosting these clinics, which we plan to conduct at the end of each summer offering returning students free training and expertise from our TDP coaches.”
New York Cosmos Clinics are season-long programs designed to introduce, improve and master fundamental soccer skills for players of all ages. Clinics can be designed to include various areas of player development or focus on a specific area.
