US Youth Soccer Announce ODP Region IV All-Tournament Teams
US Youth Soccer ODP Region IV released the rosters of the All-Tournament Teams following the conclusion of its Championship tournament held at the beginning of the month. Cal South claimed eight of the 10 titles, including three of the four berths to the 2017 US Youth Soccer ODP Championships.
Youth Soccer News: US Youth Soccer announced the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) All-Tournament Teams for the 2017 ODP Region IV Championships held January 5-8 at Reach 11 Sports Complex in Phoenix, Arizona.
The four-day tournament featured clubs of elite players in the 2000-2004 age groups from Region IV.
The All-Tournament Teams were selected from US Youth Soccer Regional Coach evaluations. Throughout the event players attended training sessions and competed in games in front of college recruits.
Cal South claimed eight of the 10 titles, including three (2000 Girls, 2001 Boys and 2001 Girls) of the four spots at the 2017 US Youth Soccer ODP Championships set to take place at the end of February. Oregon sends the fourth team to the ODP Championships in the 2000 Boys group. Utah claimed the final championship in the 2002 Boys group.
