U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Jill Ellis captured the importance of female coaches in a powerful new spotlight video that came out on March 4, 2019.
“It is a big statement to have female coaches lead some of the best teams in the world,” says Jill Ellis.
Ellis says, “The Federation is now heavily investing in female coaching and leadership roles within our realm and then you hope that will influence other Federation’s and other countries too to want to follow suit ….”
