San Diego Surf SC Welcomes Back Pauly Dolinsky
San Diego Surf Soccer Club announced today that Paul Dolinsky will join the club next season as the Girls Assistant Director of Coaching and will coach two of the club’s ECNL teams.
Dolinsky was considered to be one of the top American players at age 15, when he left the United States to play in the Netherlands for the Dutch side Feyenoord Rotterdam. After a career in Europe and then for the MLS’s Chicago Fire, Dolinsky bagan his coaching career, quickly building a reputation as a superior trainer focused on technical proficiency. Dolinsky recently founded the Technique Soccer School to provide a platform to bring his expertise to local athletes.
“I look forward to working with Paul in his new role at Surf working with and building our ECNL teams into National Champions,” said Colin Chesters, SD Surf Girls Director of Coaching. “I am very happy to have Paul on our staff. He’s one of the best young coaches in Southern California and has a great following in North County with his Techniques Soccer School.”
A passionate and highly dedicated coach, Dolinsky said, “I’m excited to join the Surf team and work directly with Colin to coach two of the most talented teams in the nation next season in the ECNL. It’s a tremendous challenge and I’m looking forward to coaching against the best and most talented players in the country week in and week out.”
Dolinsky will coach his current teams at Carlsbad United until after State and National Cup. Michael Duggan, Director of Coaching at Carlsbad United said, “This is a great opportunity for Pauly and we wish him the best.”
