San Diego Surf Scored Big At The Third Annual Albion SC Soccer Development Showcase
Here’s a recap of the San Diego Surf teams that participated in the 2016 Albion Development Showcase on January 9 & 10 and returned home as champions. This is a highly competitive youth soccer showcase for U8 to U14 age players. Hosted by Albion Soccer Club, this is the third year for this soccer showcase.
“It was a breathtaking and mind-boggling weekend for Surf soccer at the Albion Development Showcase,” said Surf Head Coach Mario Mrakovic. “Our Surf kids were beyond impressive and amazing. After an incredible year of training and success, we finished in the best way possible. I was hoping to see our teams command the play on the field, and exercise control over the other teams, and they all did exactly that – and much more. Surf kids showed real high level of play and they all had a successful achievement for this particular tournament. It was a true accomplishment of our planned objective.”
