US Youth Soccer Has A Plan To Help Players Be Active and Happier with Cinebody
The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the world. The unprecedented cancelation soccer games and practices across the country, youth soccer players are looking for ways to keep learning and stay in condition. Now, US Youth Soccer offers a cool idea to come together and showcase our passion for the game.
US Youth Soccer (USYS), the country’s largest and most influential youth soccer organization, is excited to announce the launch of an all new kid-sourced video content series via Cinebody.
US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sport organization in the country, is on a mission to make soccer the preeminent youth sport in the country. US Youth Soccer registers 3 million players annually, ages 5 to 19.
This user-generated video content series is designed to keep kids engaged, busy and having fun while they share their ideas and creativity….all while focused on their love of soccer and the accessible technology of their phones.
The Cinebody (cinebody.com) app and video software allows kids from anywhere to collaborate on video projects. The Cinebody platform has aggregated video content from over 132 countries and 4,988 cities. USYS will designate project details like themes and timing, then kids can submit their videos. USYS will then select the best videos from the kid-submissions to create a final video that will be posted on USYS social channels.
The Cinebody app is available for iPhones and Android and users simply upload their videos to the platform.

Given the creativity of our USYS kid audience, numerous video projects are planned over the weeks and months ahead.
This will be a fun, creative exercise that all players will enjoy. ”
Skip Gilbert, CEO of US Youth Soccer
“While many of our State Associations are developing online resources to help players train at home, USYS is going in a different direction to ask players to submit creative videos to demonstrate what they do to stay in soccer shape while at home,” said Skip Gilbert, CEO of US Youth Soccer.
USYS invites everyone to be a part of the fun. As we all navigate our new environment, we’re happy to provide a resource that keeps kids and families engaged.
We hope to share, re-tweet and like across all of our social media channels so everyone can join in the spirit of soccer.
